Redbourn Park is very excited to be working toward offering high level CPD and formalised qualifications for staff as part of an apprenticeship program. We have had huge success with supporting staff to qualify as teachers with external providers and want to expand that opportunity to a range of roles and levels both at Redbourn Park and across the country.
We have created specialist courses aimed at creating high level specialist practitioners for SEN and mainstream provisions, or even those looking to advance their understanding generally. We can’t wait to launch this early 2027.
