Welcome to our KS3 Gaddesden site!
My name is Emily and I am the Gaddesden Site Lead. Our KS3 site is in the small leafy village of Gaddesden Row, which is surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife. We are lucky enough to have a local community park within a 5 minute walk of our site as well as a wooded area also within a 5 minute walk, which we often use for forest school type activities.
The site provides a safe, nurturing environment where pupils are encouraged to grow in confidence, independence, and academic ability, as they enter the more formalised KS3 curriculum. At Redbourn Park, we understand that every child is unique, and we pride ourselves on offering personalised support, specialist teaching and a curriculum designed to meet a wide range of individual needs and interests.
Pupils are divided into our 3 separate classes which are called Maple, Palm and Olive. Each class has their own classroom as well as a multi-use room and a therapy room which our pupils are able to use during moments of dysregulation, intervention sessions and therapy sessions.
Our pupils have a range of enrichment activities they have the opportunity of attending, which include horse riding, trampolining and dance.
