What you will cover

Teaching and therapy; sensory safety; individualised plans and EHCPs; reflective practice; felt safety; professional boundaries; and behaviour as communication.

The programme then develops co-regulation, emotional support, key diagnoses including autism, PDA and ADHD, therapeutic play, occupational therapy, speech and language, and a personal action plan.

Practical learning that transfers

Each week combines clear theory, discussion and an activity you can apply in your own classroom or setting. The course begins with a self-assessment and ends with a practical action plan.

Participants leave with a stronger toolkit, more confident professional judgement and a Redbourn Park Academy certificate.

Anchor & Shield: coming soon

We are developing Anchor & Shield, a three-day framework for education, health and care professionals focused on co-regulation, de-escalation, safer decision-making and reducing restrictive intervention.

We intend to seek independent approval for physical-intervention training. Subject to approval, delivery is hoped for summer 2027. It is not yet an approved or bookable course; updates will be shared here.
